First off great tips that everyone can use. Much of what you speak about I’ve have in my life
I found the biggest change in how I determined where I wanted my life to go and be was changing my self talk – that constant conversation we have with ourselves.
And by doing that it changed what I focused on. And as you know what you focus on is what you get.
I also started asking myself better questions. I found the better the question I asked the better the answer I got.
A lousy question many people ask themselves when something goes wrong or they have a challenge in life is: “why does this always happen to me?”
With a garbage question like that you’ll get garbage answers, such as: You’re not prepared, you don’t have the skill set, it’s your lot in life.
But if you asked a better question you’d get a better answer, like: “Ok, what can I do to solve this challenge and have fun doing it”
And one question I ask myself regarding my goals is:
“With what I’m about to do, is this going to take me closer to my goals or further away?”
This question keeps me pointed straight towards my goals every time.

Hello! Great post and wonderful tips that everyone can certainly try with ease. I want to mention that all of these techniques need consistence and lots of practice in order to work but with some time and repetition they can work wonders with reprogramming your mind. You can truly change your habits, believes and life but you have to convince your subconscious mind first that you can have whatever it is that you want so much!

I used to wrestle with similar garbage thoughts, but I discovered after being sober these last 6 years where most were coming from.
My view of things has changed in a much more positive fashion and your tips on visualization and the formation of habits are Golden!
